2 oz Charbay Pomegranate Vodka
.5 oz Amaro Nonino
.5 oz pomegranate puree
.25 oz GFC shrub*
.5 oz egg white
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz Ca’ Rosa
cinnamon sugar – garnish
flower – garnish
lavender bloom – garnish
Old-Fashioned glass
* Equal parts organic ruby grapefruit segments, organic cane sugar, organic apple-cider vinegar (with the mother) and cinnamon sticks
1/4 rim Old-Fashioned glass with lemon and cinnamon sugar.
Add all cocktail ingredients to a steel shaker tin and dry shake to combine.
Add ice to tin and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with lavender and flower
