Our Frizzante wines are made in the traditional Charmat method, which imparts the sparkle in the tank during a second fermentation, just as Prosecco is done in the Veneto region of Italy. The end product is lightly sparkling wine that is not overly effervescent, but boasts a definite sparkle.
Ca' Rosa derives its alluring, bright-pink color from a four-varietal blend, all adding depth of flavor to our refreshing sparkler.
This Frizzante is full of pear, cantaloupe and orange blossom aromas, and is ripe with strawberry, lychee, pear & tropical flavors.
